Account Registration

4. bonus888h reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit promotional terms through systematic or professional betting patterns — including arbitrage, hedging, or coordinated multi-account claiming — is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.
6. A Player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Duplicate bonus claims across multiple accounts will result in all associated bonuses being voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the bonus888h platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances including Real Money Balance where fraud or criminal activity is involved:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one account under the same identity or using different identities
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other programme to interact with the Platform without human input
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings arising from such errors are void and must be returned

• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause

Account Suspension & Closure

bonus888h reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or account closure request from the Player
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements will be voided. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following the completion of any required investigation, provided no evidence of fraud or money laundering exists.

Limitation of Liability
